Had a beautiful breakfast at the Hotel, every imaginable breakfast food you could think of including roasted breakfast potatoes which Scott says everyone should have.
Then Skyped with Mum, Belinda and Uncle Bill, which was lovely until the connection played up.
Strolled the streets of Budapest. Then walked across the Chain Bridge to the Royal Palace.
The weather has been amazing, warm, with a slight chill in the mornings. Even worked up a sweat climbing stairs to the Royal Palace but the view made it worth while.
Spent some money on some touristy stuff, even though I said I wouldn't. Got Belinda's shot glass, I was surprised how easy it was to find, I guess everyone loves shot glasses.
Went for Lunch yesterday in the little restaurant called the 100yr old Restaurant, but it was actually 280 yrs old and was originally a brewery. Scott and Mick tried some local aperitif , which could have been use as a de-greaser lol.
Room on the boat is nice, not quiet as big as we expected. But the balcony is cool and the sundeck is huge.
I got a lovely rose on arrival :).
Just relaxing for now, have some entertainment to enjoy after Dinner (yes food again).
Will be doing our first Tour tomorrow, going into the Castle Labyrinth, should be fun!!!!
